Founder Nicole Farkouh is an internationally certified team coach, consultant, facilitator, trainer, and mediator. For 15+ years she has worked with nonprofits, educational institutions, government organizations, corporations, and foundations. Nicole pairs analytic rigor with an ability to hold multiple perspectives to guide groups and organizations to greater effectiveness. She systematically collects and analyzes targeted data to present meaningful information to inform lasting solutions. Interpersonally, Nicole draws on a deep toolkit to support clients to identify and transform core issues and patterns. She is creative, resourceful, and keenly sensitive to clients’ needs.

Sky Mihaylo, Associate, CultureWonk

As a management consultant Sky Mihaylo develops workplace surveys, supports specialized qualitative research, and analyzes and synthesizes data into action-oriented reports and strategic plans for organization leaders. Previously, Sky conducted research in workplace bias and how to combat it through business systems-based interventions at the Center for WorkLife Law, UC Hastings Law. Sky’s research, analysis, and writing on workplace bias and management strategies have been published in academic and popular media. Her co-authored Harvard Business Review article, “How the Best Bosses Interrupt Bias on Their Teams” was selected for the forthcoming HBR Guide to Being a Great Boss. As of June 2022, Sky has a Master of Public Policy at the Goldman School of Public Policy, UC Berkeley.
